eCTDirect™ templates, procedures, and supporting documents were prepared using the FrontEnd™ DocTemplate© Authoring tool as the core template in Microsoft Word 2003 the Microsoft Windows XP operating system. (Word Templates .dot files or read-only Word Documents .doc files, as appropriate). They can be edited and customized as necessary according to each organization's needs.

Currency
All products and prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Customers have the option to pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards.

Taxes and Duties
No taxes will be charged on U.S. and International orders. Sales taxes and duties are not included if they are applicable. Orders originating and shipped in Canada will be charged G.S.T. Orders originating and shipped in Ontario will be charged 8% P.S.T. in addition.

Refund
Products will be replaced if found to be defective. Chestnut Solutions Inc. will not be liable for special, incidental, or consequential, indirect or other similar damages arising from any use of this product.

Delivery
Orders for the FrontEnd™ DocTemplate© authoring tool and eCTDirect™ templates and procedures will be processed and shipped within 48 hours on PC compatible recordable Compact Discs (CD-R). Electronic delivery is also available. Cost for delivery is not included in the purchase price. Customers have the following 2 options: Express Post (2-5 days) at a cost of $20 or Fed Ex (Priority) $40 U.S.A. / $50 Europe. Contact Chestnut Solutions Inc. for other options.
